摘要
福建省长汀金龙稀土有限公司开发了一种新型萃取剂产品,可用于稀土料液中铝铁等杂质的去除。本文研究了该新型萃取剂萃取铝铁杂质的性能,考察了有机相的皂化度和铝铁杂质浓度对萃取剂除杂性能的影响。结果表明,该新型萃取剂具有优异的除铝铁效果。经过萃取除杂,稀土料液中,Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3)的浓度从3710 mg/L和488 mg/L下降到了35.4 mg/L和2.2 mg/L。
A new type of extractant,which can be used to remove impurities such as aluminum and iron from rare earth feed solution has developed by Fujian Changting Golden Dragon Rare Earth Co.,Ltd.The extraction performance of the new extractant for aluminum and iron impurities was studied,and the influence of the saponification degree of the organic phase and the concentration of aluminum and iron impurities on the impurity removal performance of the extractant was investigated in this paper.The results show that,the new extractant has excellent aluminum and iron removal performance.The impurity concentration of Al_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(2)O_(3)in the rare earth feed solution decreased from 3710 mg/L and 488 mg/L to 35.4 mg/L and 2.2 mg/L,respectively,after impurity removal operation.
