摘要
使用二阶段DOE实验设计。经由统计分析,得出模具材质A为2、定径带长度B为33~43mm、模角C为3.5°~4.7°为最佳的参数范围。试验模产水平实际从1.017×10^(5)m/mg提升到1.221×10^(5)m/mg,提升20%;钼丝合格率提升了3.7个百分点;月产量12333万米前提下,年节约成本为132.12万元;而且与试误法相比,采用DOE方法可以大大缩短试验时间(由1年缩短为1.5个月)。
The research of DOE is conducted in this article.After analyzing the experiment result,we concluded the best parameter range:die material A=2,bearing length B=33~43mm and reduction angle C=4~4.7.After improvement,the mold capability lift from 101,700 m/mg to 122,100 m/mg,increasing more than 20%,molybdenum wire passing rate improved 3.7 percentage points as a consequence result.Annual cost saving is more than RMB 649.2 thousand yuan,which is calculated based on 60 million m/month.Experiment period is also reduced form 12 month to 1.5 month.
