铝电解槽阳极更换精准定位装置和方法的研发

摘要 研制换极作业的新型台车式阳极定位装置及开发结合残极电流分布值变动设置新极定位高度的方法,提升了换极作业新阳极定位的精准度,使新极更换后16h阳极电流分布达到65%~90%间的窄范围,提升了换极后电流分布的均匀性,促进了电解槽运行的平稳度。 A new type of trolley type anode positioning device for anode replacement has been developed,Develop a method for setting a new anode positioning height in combination with the variation of the residual anode current distribution value,The accuracy of the positioning of the new anode in the pole changing operation is improved,The current distribution of the anode reaches a narrow range of 65%-90%at 16h after the replacement of the new electrode,The uniformity of current distribution after pole change is improved,The stability of electrolyzer operation is promoted.
