摘要
针对南海深远海油气田开发提出一种含有垂荡板的新型深水多功能干树半潜平台构型。与其他新型干树半潜平台相比,该新型平台采用张力腿和柔性接头的方式解决了主船体与垂荡板的连接问题。本文对该新型平台在不同海况下的水动力性能进行了试验和数值研究,数值结果与试验结果较好的吻合度证明了所采用的数值方法的正确性。随后,本文开展了一系列的敏感性分析进一步研究影响平台各项性能的因素。试验和数值研究发现:该新型平台具有优越的垂荡运动性能,可满足干式采油树的使用要求,系泊刚度、系泊长度、谱峰周期和谱峰因子均能影响平台的各项性能。
The concept of a novel dry tree semi-submersible platform(NDT Semi)with a heave plate is proposed in the present study.A sophisticated structure including tension tendons and flexible joints is employed in NDT Semi to deal with the connection problem between a main hull and a heave plate,which is a huge challenge for other new platforms with heave plates.Then,the hydrodynamic performance of NDT Semi in different sea states are investigated numerically and experimentally.The numerical results agree well with the experimental results,which verifies the present numerical model.Besides,a series of sensitivity analyses are conducted to figure out the hydrodynamic mechanism of NDT Semi.Finally,a conventional semi-submersible platform with the same dimensions is also investigated to study the influence of the heave plate on the platform performance.The experimental and numerical results indicate NDT Semi has a superior performance of the heave motion and is able to support the dry tree system.Moreover,the mooring stiffness,the mooring length,the peak period and the peak enhancement factor play an important role in the performance of NDT Semi.
