摘要
文章围绕“数据循证”展开探究。研究发现,同质性、单向度、封闭式、割裂化等数据循证陈弊,反映了“主观性”教学评价文化的存在。基于此,通过建立包括多元数据指标体系、立体交叉数据分析维度、多因素统计分析在内的评价方法,并内嵌于循证路径之中,来实施教学质量评价。并由此提出相应的教学改革措施:学校加强教学供给侧,教师以“全视角”省察教学,关爱学生发展的“全生命周期”。期望以此为实证样本,为当下基础教育课程改革背景下的学校教学质量评价提供借鉴。
This paper mainly focuses on the research of“data-driven evidence”.It has found that there are many shortcom⁃ings in“data-driven evidence”such as homogeneity,unidirectional degree,closed type and fragmentation,which reflect the ex⁃istence of“subjective”teaching evaluation culture.Based on this,the evaluation methods including multivariate data index sys⁃tem,cross data analysis dimension and multiple-factor analysis method are established and embedded in the evidence-based path to implement teaching quality evaluation.Accordingly,this paper has proposed the relevant measures for teaching reform:the schools’reinforcement of teaching supply side,teachers’comprehensive inspection of teaching,and care for students’devel⁃opment“in their whole life cycles”.It is the profound hope that this study can shed new light on the evaluation of teaching quality in schools under current basic education curriculum reform.
