摘要
教育治理是教育管理的一种高级形态,投射至教师教育领域,引发了要求淡化培训者与教师主客两分观念的基本价值诉求。技术性价值追求和关怀性价值追求的平衡是教师教育治理的回归;释放记忆和批判现象的耦合体现了其增值作用。基于此,教师教育治理的实践路径表现为:机制运行从“规训”到“意义”;专业冲突从“维持”到“生成”;话语体系从“控制”到“转化”。
Education governance,a kind of advanced form of education management,is applied to the field of teacher educa⁃tion,which has caused the basic value appeal of weakening the concept of subject and object of the trainers and their teachers.The balance,between the pursuit of technical value and that of caring value marks the return of the governance of teacher educa⁃tion;its value-added effect is showed in the release the coupling of memory and critical phenomena.Based on this analysis,the practical path of the governance of teacher education may include the following aspects:mechanism operation from“discipline”to“significance”,professional conflict from“maintenance”to“generation”,and the discourse system from“control”to“transfor⁃mation”.
