法学概论课程教学改革之探索——以开放大学行政管理专业为例

Teaching Reform of the Course Introduction to Law:Illustrated by the Major of Administrative Management in Open Universities

法学概论课程在开放大学行政管理专业中设置已有多年,各地开大教师在按照教学大纲完成教学任务的同时,也发现了一些问题亟待解决,其中,教学内容和教学方法在众多问题中居于核心地位。文章以北京开放大学丰台分校2018级、2019级行政管理专业法学概论课程为切入点,主要对教学内容和教学方法进行初步探索,以期助力构建更为合理、有效的教学模式,切实培养和提高开放教育行政管理专业学生的基本法律素养,真正实现本课程的教学目标。

It has been many years since RTVU(Radio & TV university) offered the course "Introduction to Law" for Administrative Management in open universities.While completing the teaching task according to the syllabus,teachers of open universities in various places also found some problems that need to be solved.The most pressing problems are content of courses and teaching methods.For these,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the teaching reform in order to construct a more reasonable and effective teaching model,aimed at cultivating students’ basic legal literacy and achieving the objectives of the course.
