成人高校开展社会培训的问题分析与培训课堂有效性的提升策略

Social Training in Adult Colleges:Problem Analysis and Strategies Proposed for Improving Training Classroom Effectiveness

摘要 成人高校在面对学历教育发展困境,逐步拓展社会培训服务领域功能的过程中,以高质量的培训服务赢得了社会认可;但同时也存在部分培训未达预期效果,从而影响培训整体满意度的问题。该文章结合对成人高校社会培训情况的跟踪调查及以往相关研究中呈现的共性问题,梳理了影响成人高校社会培训效果的因素,并依托相关成人教育学理论,提出了作为影响培训质量关键的培训课堂有效性的提升策略确立以学习者为本的优质培训理念,重视学习者在培训项目中的参与性,注重培训内容选择的针对性及教学途径的优化,以及引导促进社会培训课堂的多元互动。 Facing a sharp decline in adult academic education,adult colleges actively transform themselves and have won the recognition of the society for their high-quality social training services.But problems still exist.Some training programs fail to achieve the expected results,thus affect the overall satisfaction of the training programs.Based on the follow-up survey of the social training in adult colleges and common problems presented in previous related studies,this paper analyzes the factors that affect training effectiveness and explores the improvement strategies of training classrooms:establishing a learner-oriented high-quality training concept,paying attention to the participation of learners and pertinence of training content,optimizing teaching approaches,guiding and promoting multiple interactions in training classrooms.
