由马勇等翻译的《全球职业培训概览》一书于2016年10月由北京师范大学出版社出版,是德国学者格哈德·博什和加拿大学者吉恩·查尔斯特在题为“十国职业培训的比较视域:制度、革新和成果”的研究报告基础上写作而成的,也是国际职业教育研究的重要理论成果之一。《全球职业培训概览》由来自10个不同国家的16位学者共同参与编写,运用质性研究与量化研究方法,以独特的分析视野揭示了各国职业培训的政策体系、发展过程及其与普通教育的联系,剖析了职业培训的资历认证问题及其与劳动力市场的关系,评估了职业培训的发展现状,比较了各国职业培训制度的优劣之处和近年来的革新之举;同时,对于发展中遇到的问题进行了反思,旨在为全球职业培训发展提供参考与帮助。

Vocational Training:International Perspectives,translated by Ma Yong and others,was published by Beijing Normal University Press in October 2016.The book was written by German scholar Gerhard Bosh and Canadian scholar Gene Charles based on a research report entitled "Comparative Vision of Vocational Training in Ten Countries:Institutions,Innovation and Achievements".It was also one of the cutting-edge translations of international adult education and vocational education theory.The book is written by 16 scholars from 10 different countries.Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods and with unique analysis vision the book reveals the vocational training policy system,development process and connection with general education,analyzes the qualification certification of vocational training and the relationship with the labor market,assesses the development status of vocational training,compares the merits of the training system and innovation in recent years,and at the same time reflects on the problems encountered in the development,aimed at providing reference and help for global vocational training development.
