居民需求视角下我国体育服务综合体建设状况与发展对策研究

Research on The Construction Situation and Development Strategy of Sports Service Complex in China from The Perspective of Residents'Demand

基于居民的现实需求,通过文献资料、专家访谈和实地考察,分析和探讨我国体育服务综合体现阶段发展成果,以及存在的不足,并提出相应优化策略,旨在提高我国体育服务综合体发展水平。通过分析和研究认为:人们对体育服务综合体的认识依然存在机械性和模糊性,缺少对体育的外部综合认识;国家通过政策加快体育服务综合体的发展,对体育服务综合体建设也起到了促进作用;但是整体上对人的居民的综合需求考虑不够充分;由于相关基础条件的各种限制,我国体育服务综合体建设没有达到理想效果。我国体育服务综合体建设和发展应该考虑居民的体育综合需求所依赖的基础生活需求条件,以人的需求为根本,优化体育服务综合体生存环境、因地制宜地拓宽体育服务综合体建设范围。

From the perspective of demand theory,this paper analyzes China's residents'sports needs and other comprehensive needs,discusses the current achievements of China's sports service complex,analyzes its shortcomings,and puts forward optimization strategies to improve the development level of China's sports service complex.The main problems existing in China's sports service complex include:limited by the industrial scale,the organic integration of sports and other industries is not ideal;Limited by the single type of service,it cannot effectively meet people's comprehensive needs;Limited by the overall development of the city,the distribution of complex is unbalanced;Limited by existing industries,the comprehensive development of sports service complex is insufficient.The construction and development of sports service complex in China should grasp the actual needs of residents and coexist with commerce and public welfare.Realize the seamless connection between industrial services and residents'needs,and strengthen the organic integration of industries;Expand the development area of sports service complex.
