目的贯彻落实“双减”政策中心思想,解决“双减”政策引领下的体育培训机构发展难题,促进我国体育培训机构良好发展。方法运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等。结果(1)场馆资源不足,场馆质量不达标。(2)教练员监管失控,缺乏职业技能。(3)教学观念扭曲、教学质量参差不齐。(4)体育培训机构市场鱼龙混杂、急需政府治理。结论(1)引导学校、单位的体育场地设施惠民开放,构建场地共享模式。(2)提高教练员教学水平,培养“复合型”教练人才。(3)转变传统教学观念,提倡多元化教学方法。(4)统一监管体育培训机构,建立体育培训机构等级评定制度。

Objective To implement the central idea of"double reduction"policy,solve the problem of the development of sports training institutions under the guidance of"double reduction"policy,and promote the good development of sports training institutions in China.Methods Using literature and logic analysis.Results (1)Insufficient venue resources,venue quality is not up to standard.(2)The coach is out of control and lacks professional skills.(3)Distorted teaching concepts and uneven teaching quality.(4)The market of sports training institutions is in urgent need of government governance.Conclusion(1)Guide the sports facilities of schools and units to open for the benefit of the people,and construct the sharing mode of sports venues.(2)Improve the teaching level of coaches and cultivate"compound"coaching talents.(3)Change the traditional teaching concept and advocate diversified teaching methods.(4)Unified supervision of sports training institutions,the establishment of sports training institutions rating system.
