基本动作技能干预对ASD儿童大肌肉动作发展的影响以及相关性分析

The Effect of Fundamental Motor Skills Intervention on Gross Motor development of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and correlation analysis

目的:探讨基本动作技能干预对ASD儿童大肌肉运动发展的影响,并分析大肌肉运动技能与自闭症谱系障碍严重程度之间的关系。方法:从广州市智力残疾人及亲友协会选取19名ASD儿童作为被试,随机分配到实验组和对照组,实验组采取为期8周的运动干预。实验前后,采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)对被试核心症状的严重程度进行评分以及采用粗大动作发展测试第3版(TGMD-3)对被试大肌肉动作发展进行评估。结果:1.干预后实验组的ABC量表总分低于对照组,存在显著性差异;2.干预后实验组的大肌肉运动技能的得分显著高于对照组。3.ASD儿童的大肌肉运动技能与自闭症谱系障碍程度呈中度负相关性。结论:8周的基本动作技能干预能够提升ASD儿童大肌肉运动能力,ASD儿童的大肌肉运动能力与自闭症谱系障碍严重程度存在相关关系。

Objective:To explore the effect of 8-week fundamental motor skills(FMS)intervention on Gross Motor development in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),and to analyze the relationship between FMS and severity of autism spectrum disorder.Methods:19 ASD children were selected from Guangzhou Association of intellectual Disability and their Relatives as subjects,and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received exercise intervention for 8 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the severity of core symptoms was scored by Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC);Gross Motor Development Test 3(TGMD-3)was used to evaluate gross motor development.1.After intervention,the total score of ABC scale in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference;2.After intervention,the score of gross muscle motor skills in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.3.Gross motor skills of children with ASD are moderately negatively correlated with the degree of autism spectrum disorder.Conclusions:8 weeks of fundamental motor skills intervention can improve gross motor capacity in children with ASD,and gross motor capacity in children with ASD is moderately negatively correlated with the severity of autism spectrum disorder.
