城市群型国家自主创新示范区科技创新与经济高质量发展测度研究——以福厦泉国家自主创新示范区为例 被引量:8

摘要 以福厦泉国家自主创新示范区为例,选取2016—2020年自创区内各地市级区域统计数据,基于熵值法和灰色关联分析法,构建城市群型国家自主创新示范区经济高质量发展与科技创新耦合协调模型并进行实证分析。研究认为,从科技创新发展水平看,自创区的科技创新发展综合水平整体呈增长趋势,但城市间差异显著;从经济高质量发展水平看,各地市经济高质量发展水平存在较大差距;从时间趋势看,自创区科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度总体呈现缓慢增长趋势;从空间格局看,耦合协调度在各地市间有差距,厦门耦合协调度略高于福州,而泉州耦合协调度相对较低;从两系统内部看,创新发展与协调发展的关联性最强,福州的科技创新与经济高质量发展各子系统的关联性最高。 Taking the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone as an example,selects the statistical data of municipal-level regions in the independent innovation demonstration zone from 2016 to 2020,based on the entropy method and grey correlation analysis method,a coupling coordination model of high-quality economic development and technological innovation in urban agglomeration-type national independent innovation demonstration zones is constructed and an empirical analysis is carried out.The research draws the following conclusions:From the perspective of the development level of technological innovation,the overall level of technological innovation and development in the independent innovation demonstration zone is on the rise,but there are significant differences among cities.From the perspective of the level of high-quality economic development,there is a large gap in the level of high-quality economic development between cities.From the perspective of time trend,the degree of coupling and coordination between technological innovation and high-quality economic development in the independent innovation demonstration zone generally shows a slow growth trend.From the perspective of spatial pattern,the degree of coupling coordination varies among cities,Xiamen is slightly higher than Fuzhou,and Quanzhou is relatively low.From the inside of the two systems,innovation development and coordinated development have the strongest correlation,and Fuzhou’s technological innovation has the highest correlation with various subsystems of high-quality economic development.
