葵花籽烘干机热流场均匀度分析及优化 被引量:3

摘要 为提高葵花籽烘干机的烘焙均匀度,基于ANSYS对烘干机进行优化设计,以热风入口截面尺寸、流量和烘焙介质厚度为设计变量,以降低烘干层某一横截面温度标准差为优化目标,分析其因素交互影响,采用筛选法选出最优解并进行有限元验证。仿真结果表明,进、出风口热风流速最大达到5.933 m/s,热流经过第1烘干层后,流速趋向于稳定,故以第1层为主要优化目标;各因素交互影响中进风流量敏感度最大,厚度最小,经验证的设计点截面温度标准差较优化前降低16%。研究有别于传统烘干机的热流场优化方法,适用于烘干介质铺满截面的烘干机均匀度优化,为提高烘干均匀度提供参考。 In order to improve the drying evenness of the whole layer-type sunflower seed dryer,the optimal design of the dryer was carried out based on ANSYS.The size of hot air inlet section,flow rate and baking medium thickness were taken as design variables,and the reduction of temperature standard deviation of a section of drying layer was taken as the optimization target to analyze the interaction of factors,and the optimal solution was selected by screening method and verified by finite element method.The simulation results show that the flow rate of hot air at the inlet and outlet reaches max.5.933 m/s,and the flow rate tends to be stable after flowing through the first drying layer,so the first layer is the main optimization target.In the interaction of all factors,the sensitivity of inlet flow rate is the largest,and that of thickness is the smallest,and the standard deviation of the cross section temperature of the design points is reduced by 16% compared to that before optimization.This method is different from the heat flow field optimization method of the traditional dryer,and is suitable for the uniformity optimization of the dryer with full section of the drying medium,which provides a reference for the uniformity optimization of the dryer.
