叶片式雪茄烟自动入盒生产线的设计

Design and research of automatic boxing production line of the vane cigars

为实现叶片式雪茄烟输送并入盒的全自动化生产,研制一整套叶片式雪茄烟的专用包装生产线。通过对烟的特性分析,设计自动输送与包装入盒生产线,研发设计烟支库、烟支分离轮、卡板输送带、烟支补偿器、透明纸理顺机构和机器人夹具等部件。以某品牌叶片式雪茄烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:生产线运行稳定,包装入盒效率达30包/min,平均破损率0.16%,符合设计指标要求。研究为雪茄类烟草产品的自动化包装研究提供参考。

In order to realize the automatic production of conveying and boxing of the vane cigars,a full set of special packaging production line for vane cigars was developed. By analyzing the characteristics of cigars,an automatic conveying and boxing production line was designed,and cigarette stick storage magazine,separation wheel,clamp conveyor belt,compensator,transparent paper unscrambling mechanism,and robot fixture were researched and designed.Taking a brand of leaf cigar as an example,the test results show that the production line runs stably,the packaging efficiency reaches 30 packs/min,and the average damage rate is 0.16%,meeting the design index requirements. The study provides reference for the research of automatic packaging of cigar products in the future.
