基于PLC和工业机器人的月饼自动装盒生产线设计与实现 被引量:7

摘要 针对月饼生产线人工装盒效率低、成本高问题,根据生产线功能要求,设计月饼自动化装盒生产线。基于西门子S7-200 Smart PLC、四轴机器人及机器视觉等,对生产线系统进行总体架构设计、硬件搭建以及软件系统设计,实现PLC、伺服控制器、机器视觉、四轴机器人等模块之间通讯与系统整体联调。测试结果表明,新设计生产线整体布局合理,运行灵活,装盒节拍节约3 s/盒,检测准确率大于99%,漏检率小于1%。研究为月饼生产线自动装盒效率提高和食品安全提供借鉴。 For the problems of low efficiency and high cost of human boxing of Snow moon cake production line,the production line of Snow moon cake automatic boxing based on functional requirements was designed.Based on Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC,fouraxis robot and machine vision,the overall structure,hardware and software system of the production line system were designed,and the communication between PLC,servo drive,machine vision,four-axis robot and other modules and joint debugging were achieved.The results show that the overall layout of the newly designed production line is reasonable and the operation is flexible.The boxing rhythm is saved by 3 s/box,the detection accuracy is more than 99%,and the missed detection rate is less than 1%.The research can provide reference for improvement of the automatic packing efficiency and food safety of snow moon cake production line.
