贾立群教授于多年临床工作中重视舌诊运用,擅长通过舌象观察疾病特点、发展及预后。白涎线舌象是指舌边由涎沫聚凝而成的线索状泡沫带,对患者情志状态及肝经相关脏器病变具有提示作用。贾教授结合临床经验,拟“疏肝解郁、健脾化痰”为白涎线舌象基本治则。临床如遇舌象表现为“白涎线”患者,除积极治疗原发疾病外,尚可从理气、化痰、开郁、化瘀等角度着手。

Professor Jia Liqun attaches great importance to the use of tongue diagnosis in many years of clinical work,and is good at observing the characteristics,development and prognosis of diseases through tongue images.The tongue image of white salivary line refers to the clue-like foam belt formed by salivary foam coagulation at the edge of the tongue,which has a suggestive effect on the patient′s emotional state and Liver meridian related organ lesions.Combined with clinical experience,Professor Jia proposed that"soothing Liver and relieving depression as well as invigorating Spleen and resolving Phlegm"be the basic treatment principle of tongue image of white salivary line.In Clinic,when patients with tongue performance of"white saliva line"are encounter,besides active treatment of primary disease,regulating Qi,Phlegm,depression,stasis and other methods should also be proceed.
