郭会卿针药相须从肾论治足跟痛经验

Professor Guo Huiqing′s Experience in Treating Heel Pain with Acupuncture and Medicine

足跟痛的病因病机为肾精亏虚、筋骨失养、筋脉痹阻,为本虚标实之证,肾精亏虚、筋骨失养为本;外邪侵袭人体,痹阻经脉为标。郭会卿治疗足跟痛运用脏腑经络整体辨证,从肾论治,治以补肾益精、活血止痛之法,方用标本兼治之足跟痛合剂。该方既可滋补肝肾顾其本,又可活血行气治其标,标本兼顾。同时,郭会卿结合经脉循行理论,辨证配穴,取太溪、大钟、昆仑等穴位,精准施治,最大限度发挥针灸的治疗效果,针药相须,随症加减,临床疗效显著。

The etiology of heel pain is Kidney Essence deficiency,musculoskeletal denourishment as well as tendon and meridian obstruction,which are the evidence of the deficiency with excessive symptoms.The former two are in deficiency position and the latter is in excessive position.Guo Huiqing used the overall differentiation of internal Zang and Fu organs as well as meridians to treat heel pain,from perspective of the Kidney,by supplementing the Kidney Essence and activating blood circulation to relieve pain,with drug mixture of drugs that treats both the symptoms and the root cause.At the same time,Guo Huiqing combined the meridian and acupoint theory,by using Taixi,Dazhong,Kunlun and other acupoints,accurate treatment is administered.Therefore,the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion is maximized.
