基于CiteSpace的慢性病相关性疲劳研究的可视化分析

Chronic disease-related fatigue research based on CiteSpace:a visual analysis

目的:了解慢性病相关性疲劳研究领域的研究趋势、热点及前沿,为研究人员全面把握该领域的研究态势提供参考。方法:以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,选取建库至2022年4月发表的慢性病相关性疲劳领域的文献为分析对象,使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果:1984年—2022年发表慢性病相关性疲劳的论文数量总体呈上升趋势,美国、英国、荷兰、加拿大和挪威是发文量排名前5位国家,挪威奥斯陆大学是发文量最多的机构,美国西北大学是促进相关研究机构国际合作的关键枢纽。慢性肾脏疾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、多发性硬化、风湿性关节炎、癌症、慢性肝病等是近年来主要关注的疾病,病人的生活质量是研究者最为密切关注的问题。疲劳的相关因素、评估工具及管理是近年来的研究热点和前沿。结论:本研究有助于研究者了解该领域的发展态势、热点及前沿,获取有价值的科学信息,为后续研究提供参考。

Objective:To understand the research trends,hotspots,and frontiers in chronic disease-related fatigue research and to provide reference for researchers to fully grasp the research trends.Methods:Literature on chronic disease-related fatigue were retrieved from the Web of Science core collection databasefrom the establishment of the database to April 2022.The visual analysis was performed using CiteSpace software.Results:From 1984 to 2022,the number of papers published on chronic disease-related fatigue showed an upward trend.The United States,the United Kingdom,the Netherlands,Canada,and Norway were the top five countries with the mostpublished papers.The University of Oslo in Norway had the largest number of published papers.Universities were key hubs for facilitating international cooperation among relevant research institutions.Chronic kidney disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,multiple sclerosis,rheumatoid arthritis,cancer,chronic liver disease,etc.,were the main focused diseases in recent years.The patients′quality of life was the most closely concerned issues for researchers.The related factors,assessment tools and fatigue managementwere research hotspots and frontiers in recent years.Conclusions:This study was helpful for researchers to understand the development trend,hot spots,and frontiers of the fieldof chronic disease-related fatigue research,obtain valuable scientific information.It can provide reference for subsequent researches.
