不同温度下采用蒸气吸附法测试集料表面能的试验研究

摘要 文中以石灰岩和安山岩集料为试验样品,以蒸馏水、2-戊酮和甲苯三种试剂作为测试试剂,在10~40℃内设置四个试验温度,分别测试了不同压强下的集料样品对各试剂蒸气的吸附量,进而计算出集料比表面积与扩散压力,最终测得不同温度下集料的表面能参数.结果表明:温度升高,在表面能总量上,两种集料均呈现一定程度的增加;在增速方面,石灰岩表现为先慢后快,而安山岩则表现为先快后慢.由此说明温度是影响集料表面能测试的一个重要因素. Limestone and andesite aggregates were used as test samples,distilled water,2-pentanone and toluene were used as test reagents,and four test temperatures were set at 10~40℃.The adsorption capacity of aggregate samples to each reagent vapor under different pressures was measured.The specific surface area and diffusion pressure of aggregate were calculated,and the surface energy parameters of aggregate at different temperatures were measured.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the total surface energy of the two aggregates increases to a certain extent.In terms of growth rate,limestone is slow at first and then fast,while andesite is fast at first and then slow.This shows that temperature is an important factor affecting the surface energy test of aggregate.
