摘要
目的评价四川省疾病预防控制中心新进人员带教效果,为改进培养模式提供参考。方法采用自填问卷法和访谈法,围绕2012—2019年四川省疾病预防控制中心新进人员的反应和满意程度、理论知识和专业技能、工作能力和专业素养、个人综合能力和个人成果进行评价。结果2012—2019年新进人员完成2年带教制培养178人,受教人员对带教工作认可度高,全部完成带教计划,知识技能、工作能力、综合能力得到提升。新进疾病防治岗位人员66人参与流行病学调查/督导达131人次,新进检验岗位人员48人参与实验室间比对/能力验证达54人次。起草或参与制订地方标准7个,技能竞赛4人获奖,综合类获奖7人。结论早期的规范化培养推进了新进人员个人职业发展、成长和晋升,建议适时改进新进人员带教评价机制,增加2年带教制后的持续培养、动态监测跟进机制。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the training for new employees recruited by Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention(Sichuan CDC)from 2012 to 2019.Methods Selfadministered questionnaires and interviews were conducted to evaluate the trainees’response and satisfaction,theoretical knowledge and professional skills,work ability and professional quality,personal comprehensive ability and personal achievements.Results In total,178 new employees completed the 2-year system training during 2012 to 2019.All the trainees highly recognized the training work,and completed the training plan,with their knowledge skills,work ability and comprehensive ability greatly improved.Specifically,66 new employees of the disease prevention and control post participated in the epidemiological investigation/supervision for 131 person-time;48 new employees of the testing post participated in the lab comparison/ability verification for 54 person/time.The new employees drafted or took participation in the formulation of 7 local standards,4 employees won prizes in skill competitions,and 7 employees won prizes in comprehensive category.Conclusions Early standardized training boosts personal career development,growth and promotion of new employees.It is suggested to improve the teaching and evaluation mechanism for new employees in a timely manner,and increase the continuous training,dynamic monitoring and follow-up mechanism after the two-year teaching system.
