摘要
目的系统评价我国广州管圆线虫螺类中间宿主感染情况。方法计算机检索CBM、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库、Pubmed、Embase、web of science等中英文数据库,收集我国螺类中间宿主广州管圆线虫感染现状的相关研究,检索时限为2010年1月1日—2021年12月31日。根据制定的标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价文献偏倚风险,利用R3.6.2软件计算感染率,并进行亚组分析。结果共纳入39个研究,包含127170例样本,其中阳性9688例。Meta分析结果显示,我国螺类中间宿主感染率为6.89%(95%CI:5.02%~9.03%)。亚组分析显示褐云玛瑙螺18.76%(95%CI:13.97%~24.06%)、海南省13.15%(95%CI:11.66%~14.80%)、自然采集7.94%(95%CI:5.06%~11.40%)、使用组织匀浆法12.43%(95%CI:8.16%~17.45%)检出感染率更高。结论我国螺类中间宿主广州管圆线虫感染率较高,螺类食品存在潜在风险,应加强对螺类宿主的监测,强化食品安全监管和健康教育。
Objective To systematically review the current status of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in snail intermediate host of China.Methods CBM,CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data,PubMed,EMbase and web of science were electronically searched for cross-sectional studies on the prevalence of A.cantonensis of snail intermediate host in China from January 1st 2010 to December 31th 2021.These studies which met included criteria were extracted data and assessed risk of bias.Infection rate was performed by using R3.6.2 software,subgroup analysis was also performed.Results A total of 39 articles were reviewed,with a sample size of 127170 snails,among them,9688 were positive.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the A.cantonensist rate of snail intermediate host was 6.89%(95%CI:5.02%~9.03%).Subgroup analysis showed that the infection rate was higher in Achatina fulica 18.76%(95%CI:13.97%~24.06%),Hainan province 13.15%(95%CI:11.66%~14.80%),collected in natural environment 7.94%(95%CI:5.06%~11.40%)and tissue homogenization method 12.43%(95%CI:8.16%~17.45%).Conclusions A.cantonensis infection rate of snail intermediate host in China is high,the snail meat has potential food safety risk.Hence,the surveillance of snail intermediate host,supervision and management of snails food and food safety education should be strenghtened in endemic area.
