腰部吸脂术后全身麻醉维持期内单纯丙泊酚吸入麻醉对患者早期睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Propofol Inhalation Anesthesia on the Early Sleep Quality of Patients During the Maintenance Period of General Anesthesia after Lumbar Liposuction

目的:探究腰部吸脂术患者在全身麻醉维持期单纯丙泊酚吸入麻醉对早期睡眠的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2021年12月广东省佛山美莱医疗美容医院收治的腰部吸脂术患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予异氟醚麻醉,观察组全身麻醉维持期单纯丙泊酚吸入麻醉,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,统计2组患者腰部吸脂术患者的清醒时间与定向力恢复时间,统计2组患者肢体活动、呛咳、术后躁动与恶心呕吐等不良事件的发生率,同时统计2组患者腰部吸脂术患者的血流动力学指标。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI各指标评与总分显著低于对照组,观察组的清醒时间与定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,观察组肢体活动、呛咳、术后躁动与恶心呕吐发生率显著低于对照组,观察组T1、T2、T3的平均动脉压及心率均显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:腰部吸脂术患者在全身麻醉维持期行单纯丙泊酚吸入麻醉的效果显著,可以降低对患者早期睡眠的影响,缩短患者清醒时间与定向力恢复时间,有利于降低不良情况发生率,值得在临床中进行推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of propofol inhalation anesthesia on early sleep of patients undergoing lumbar liposuction during the maintenance period of general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with lumbar liposuction who were admitted to Foshan Meilai Medical Beauty Hospital from September 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with isoflurane,while the observation group was anesthetized with propofol inhalation during the maintenance period of general anesthesia.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between 2 groups,and the recovery time of consciousness and orientation force of 2 groups undergoing lumbar liposuction were calculated.At the same time,the hemodynamic indexes of patients with lumbar liposuction in the 2 groups were counted.Results:After intervention,the total score of PSQI in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The time of consciousness and recovery of directional force in the observation group were shorter than the control group.The incidence of limb movement,cough,postoperative restlessness,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group T1,T2,T3 were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of total propofol inhalation anesthesia for patients undergoing lumbar liposuction during the maintenance period of general anesthesia is significant,which can reduce the impact on patient′s early sleep,shorten the patients′awake time and the recovery time of directional force,which is conducive to reducing the incidence of adverse conditions,and is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
