柴胡理中汤结合针刺治疗卒中后心脾两虚失眠患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Chaihu Lizhong Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Heart and Spleen after Stroke

目的:观察柴胡理中汤结合针刺治疗卒中后心脾两虚失眠患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年11月在上杭县中医院接受治疗的卒中后心脾两虚失眠患者65例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。对照组患者接受针刺治疗,观察组患者接受柴胡理中汤结合针刺治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、临床症状以及睡眠质量改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的腹胀食少、头晕目眩、神疲体倦、神疲体倦、不易入睡评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:柴胡理中汤结合针刺治疗卒中后心脾两虚失眠患者具有较好的临床效果,患者的临床症状以及睡眠质量得到显著改善,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Lizhong decoction combined with acupuncture on insomnia due to deficiency of heart and spleen after stroke.Methods:A total of 65 patients with insomnia due to deficiency of heart and spleen after stroke who were treated in Internal Medicine of Shanghang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were grouped by random number table.The patients in the control group(n=32)received acupuncture treatment,and the patients in the observation group(n=33)received Chaihu Lizhong Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.The treatment effect,clinical symptoms and improvement of sleep quality were compared.Results:After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal distension,less food,dizziness,mental fatigue and physical fatigue,mental fatigue and physical fatigue,and difficulty in falling asleep in the two groups were lower in the observation group(P s<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Lizhong Decoction combined with acupuncture has a high clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of heart and spleen after stroke.The clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients have been significantly improved,and the clinical application value is significant.
