针对性护理提高老年冠心病合并失眠患者睡眠质量的效果观察

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Improving Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Insomnia

目的:观察针对性护理对老年冠心病合并失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月龙岩人民医院收治的老年冠心病合并失眠患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取针对性护理;比较2组患者睡眠质量、睡眠效率、生命质量及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、睡眠效率(觉醒次数、总睡眠时间)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生命质量调查表(LiHFe)评分及护理满意度均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学(均P<0.05)。结论:予以老年冠心病合并失眠患者针对性护理可改善其睡眠质量,提升其生命质量与护理满意度,可推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of targeted nursing on sleep quality of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia.Methods:A total of 90 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia admitted to Longyan People′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the hospitalized patients were divided into two groups,control group 45 cases of routine nursing,observation group 45 cases of targeted nursing.Sleep quality,sleep efficiency,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups under different nursing modes.Results:Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,sleep efficiency(number of awakenings and total sleep time),the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(LiHFe)score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia can improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction,which is feasible of promotion.
