基于目标管理优化的护理路径在改善宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者睡眠质量中的应用

Application of Objective Management Optimized Nursing Path in Improving Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Hysteroscopic Endom Etrial Polypectomy

目的:探究基于目标管理优化的护理路径干预应用于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术的效果,为临床护理提供科学依据。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年3月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组实施常规护理路径干预,观察组采取基于目标管理优化的护理路径干预,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组生命质量评分较对照组高,睡眠质量评分较对照组更低,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于目标管理优化的护理路径干预可有效改善宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者的睡眠质量,提高其生命质量和护理质量,减少并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective:In order to explore the effect of nursing path intervention based on objectivemanagement optimization,patients admitted to our hospital with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy were analyzed.Methods:A total of 48 cases of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 24 cases in each group,and the routine nursing path(control group)and the nursing path based on management by objective optimization(observation group)were respectively implemented,and different nursing effects were compared.Results:The scores of nursing quality in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nursing path intervention based on objective management optimization can effectively improve patients′sleep quality,improve their quality of life,and nursing quality is significant.It can reduce complications,which is worthy of promotion.
