细节化护理在产房护理的临床效果及对产妇睡眠质量的影响

Effect Observation of Detailed Nursing in Delivery Room Nursing and Analysis of Its Impact on Maternal Sleep

目的:分析细节化护理应用到产房护理的临床效果及对产妇睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年3月莆田学院附属医院收住院的产妇89例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=44)。观察组采用细节化护理,对照组采用常规产房护理。比较2组产妇睡眠质量、心理状态、舒适度、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组舒适度为95.45%,对照组舒适度为75.56%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度100.00%,对照组满意度80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产房护理中实施细节化护理能够更好地改善产妇的睡眠质量和心理状态,提高其舒适度和满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of detailed nursing in delivery room and its impact on maternal sleep quality.Methods:A total of 89 pregnant women from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected.The nursing methods were divided into groups.There were 44 cases in observation group(detailed nursing)and 45 cases in control group(routine delivery room nursing).The sleep quality,psychological state,comfort and maternal satisfaction were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P s<0.05).The comfort degree of the observation group was 95.45%,and that of the control group was 75.56%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group(100.00%)was better than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detailed nursing in delivery room nursing is conducive to improve maternal sleep and psychological state,and improve their maternal comfort and satisfaction.
