摘要
目的:分析产前宣教对待产孕妇自我效能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月厦门医学院附属第二医院产科收治的待产孕妇100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规分娩治疗及产前管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予产前宣教治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组待产妇睡眠质量的变化,同时采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)比较2组患者的自我效能。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组GSES评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对孕产妇的产前宣传教育能够有效缓解孕产妇面临的来自社会、心理、生理方面的压力,从而改善孕产妇的自我效能评价,提高睡眠质量,对产后恢复具有积极意义。
Objective:To analyze the effects of prenatal education on self-efficacy and sleep quality of pregnant women.Methods:A total of 100 expectant pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery treatment and prenatal management,and the observation group was given prenatal education treatment on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality of expectant mothers between 2 groups.At the same time,General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)was used to compare the self-efficacy of the 2 groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and GSES score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal publicity and education for pregnant women can effectively relieve the pressure from social,psychological and physiological aspects,so as to improve the self-efficacy evaluation and sleep quality of pregnant women,which has positive significance for postpartum recovery.
