观察家长参与护理模式对儿科患儿睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of Parental Participation Nursing Mode on Sleep Quality of Pediatric Children

目的:观察家长参与护理模式对儿科患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年3月福建省三明市中西医结合医院收治的儿科患儿86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,观察组患儿给予家长参与护理模式干预,采用纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)比较2组患儿护理满意度和护理依从性,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)比较2组患儿家属抑郁、焦虑、恐惧评分的差异,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用Kolcaba量表评价2组患儿舒适度,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患儿的生命质量改善情况,同时比较2组患儿的护理有效率及并发症情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组护理有效率显著高于对照组,观察组NSNS评分显著高于对照组,观察组SCL-90评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组Kolcaba量表评分、SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、缺氧性脑病并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:家长参与护理模式下进行的患儿护理能够有效改善患儿的护理依从性及满意度,提高患儿的睡眠质量及舒适度,降低家属抑郁、焦虑、恐惧的心理,显著提高护理效果,值得临床提高使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of parental participation nursing mode on sleep quality of pediatric children.Methods:A total of 86 pediatric children admitted to Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing m,and the observation group was given parental participation nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance of 2 groups were compared by Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS),and the scores of depression,anxiety and fear of the family members of 2 groups were compared by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention between the 2 groups.Kolcaba scale was used to evaluate the comfort level of children in the 2 groups.The improvement of quality of life of children in the 2 groups was compared by the MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36).Results:After nursing intervention,the nursing effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the NSNS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the SCL-90 score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the Kolcaba scale score and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.The total incidence of complications of heart failure,respiratory failure and hypoxic encephalopathy in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing of children under the mode of parent′s participation in nursing can effectively improve the nursing compliance and satisfaction of children,improve the quality of sleep and comfort of children,reduce the psychological depression,anxiety,fear of family members,and significantly improve the nursing effect,which is worthy of clinical use.
