观察情感支持联合心理护理干预对急诊留观患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of Emotional Support Combined with Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Negative Emotion and Sleep Quality of Emergency Patients

目的:观察情感支持联合心理护理干预对急诊留观患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的急诊留观患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。观察组患者给予情感支持联合心理护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善情况,并且比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者PSQI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在急诊留观患者护理支持阶段,采用情感支持联合心理护理的干预方法可以显著改善患者负面情绪,提高睡眠质量,满足广大患者的护理要求,具有推广价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of emotional support combined with psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions and sleep quality in emergency patients.Methods:A total of 150 emergency patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was given emotional support combined with psychological nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention between 2 groups.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression before and after intervention,and to compare the nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score,HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing support stage of emergency patients,the intervention method of emotional support combined with psychological nursing can significantly improve patient′s negative emotions,improve sleep quality,meet the nursing requirements of the majority of patients,and has popularization value.
