个性化护理对胃癌患者化疗后生命质量与睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Individualized Nursing on the Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients with Gastric Cancer after Chemotherapy

目的:研究个性化护理对胃癌患者化疗后生命质量与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的胃癌患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予个性化护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30评分)比较2组患者生命质量的改善情况,同时比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌化疗患者实施个性化护理既有利于减轻患者的负性情绪,提高其睡眠质量,又可以改善患者的生命质量,提高患者对于护理工作的认可度和满意度,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective:To study the effect of individualized nursing on the quality of life and sleep of patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between 2 groups,and the Hamilton Anxiely Scale(HAMA)、Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms,The Quality of Life Scale(QLQ-C30 score)was used to compare the improvement of the quality of life of patients between 2 groups,and the nursing satisfaction of patients was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the HAMA score,HAMD score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,theQLQ-C30 score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing for patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy can not only reduce their negative emotions,improve their sleep quality,but also improve their quality of life,and improve their recognition and satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
