系统性睡眠护理干预在精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用

Application of Systematic Sleep Nursing Intervention in Patients with Schizophrenia and Sleep Disorders

目的:研究不同护理干预模式对精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者的应用价值。方法:选取2021年3月至2021年9月福建省福州神经精神病防治院收治的精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予系统性睡眠护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定2组护理前后精神分裂症严重度。结果:护理后,2组患者PSQI量表各项目评分、PANSS评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:系统性睡眠护理干预可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,改善患者的精神分裂症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the application value of different nursing intervention modes in schizophrenia patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders admitted to Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Fujian Province from March 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given systematic sleep nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The change of sleep quality before and after intervention in 2 groups was compared by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the severity of schizophrenia before and after care was assessed by the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS).Results:After nursing,PSQI scores and PANSS scores were decreased in 2 groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic sleep nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,which is worthy of clinical application.
