可持续发展的构建是较为复杂的系统,包括环境、经济、资源、社会等方面,可持续发展系统中涉及的各方面均影响着城市的发展,且该系统中各因素之间有着复杂的联系,针对可持续发展不仅需要制定全面、有效、科学的评价指标体系,还需要运用有效的评价方法对可持续发展指标体系构建的基本原则进行阐述,在基本原则的基础上建立科学的评价指标体系。本文以A市为研究对象,对其可持续发展进行综合评价。

The construction of sustainable development is a relatively complex system,which includes environmental,economic,resource,social and other aspects.All aspects involved in the sustainable development system affect the development of the city,and there are complex links between the factors in the system.For sustainable development,it is necessary not only to develop a comprehensive,ef fective and scientific evaluation index system,but also to use ef fective evaluation methods in order to expound the basic principles of the construction of the sustainable development index system,and establishes a scientific evaluation index system on the basis of the basic principles.In this paper,A city is taken as the research object,and its sustainable development is comprehensively evaluated.
