我国产业园区数字化转型现状、问题及发展路径研究

Research on the Status,Problems and Development Path of Digital Transformation in Industrial Parks

“十四五”时期,以园区数字化转型为突破口,带动企业、产业数字化转型是我国发展数字经济的重要途径,《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》已明确将产业园区和产业集群数字化转型作为产业数字化转型的重点任务。当前我国产业园区数字化转型大部分处于初级阶段,仍存在前瞻规划缺乏、数据无法共享、标准体系缺失等问题,应进一步加强产业园区数字化转型顶层设计,创新园区数字化发展思路和模式。

During the“14th Five Year Plan”period,taking the digital transformation of industrial parks as a breakthrough,driving the digital transformation of enterprises and industries is an important way to develop the digital economy in China.The 14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Digital Economy has defi ned the digital transformation of industrial parks and industrial clusters as the key task of the digital transformation of industries.At present,most of the digital transformation of industrial parks in China is still in the primary stage,and there are still problems such as lack of forward-looking planning,inability to share data,and lack of standard system.We should further strengthen the top-level design of digital transformation of industrial parks,and innovate the ideas and models of digital development of industrial parks.
