摘要
互联网发展背景下,各行各业都在进行产业升级优化,以此保障企业在市场中的份额。格力电器一直以来在我国电器行业中居于领导地位,但近年来,格力电器实施改革后的效果有限。因此,为了保障格力电器的持续发展,本文通过哈佛分析框架对格力电器在市场中的内外部环境、财务状况以及前景发展等进行分析,以期得出更好的优化改革建议。
In the context of the development of Internet technology,all industries are carrying out industrial upgrading and optimization to ensure the share of enterprises in the market.Gree Electric Appliances has always been in a leading position in China’s electrical appliance industry,however,in recent years,the implementing reforms of Gree Electric Appliances have limit ef fects.Therefore,in order to ensure the continued development of Gree Electric Appliances,by analyzing Harvard framework,this paper analyzes Gree Electric Appliances’internal and external environment,fi nancial situation and prospect development in the market,in order to get better suggestions for optimization and reform.
