摘要
四氢嘧啶是一种保护微生物免受高盐、高渗透压和紫外线辐射等恶劣环境的环状氨基酸衍生物。作为微生物重要的次级代谢产物,四氢嘧啶在生物保护、化妆品、临床医学、环境修复和新能源应用等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了四氢嘧啶生物合成途径与降解途径、生物合成方法、生物学功能及应用、分离纯化工艺,并对四氢嘧啶开发和工业化应用进行展望。
Ectoine is a cyclic amino acid derivative that protects microorganisms from harsh environments such as high salt,high osmotic pressure and ultraviolet radiation.As an important secondary metabolite of microorganisms,Ectoine has broad application prospects in the fields of biological protection,cosmetics,clinical medicine,environmental remediation and new energy applications.In this paper,the synthesis and degradation pathway,biosynthesis method,biological function and application,separation and purification process of ectoine are reviewed,and the development and industrial application of ectoine are prospected.
