摘要
《葡萄酒品尝学》作为葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业应用型能力培养的核心课程,在人才培养过程中面临着学生兴趣不强、课堂参与度不高、理论实践结合不紧密、与行业资格认证脱节、课程教材老旧等问题。为了解决这些现实问题,本文立足葡萄与葡萄酒产业发展实际,以产教融合为导向,全面分析学生诉求、职业岗位需求、毕业生反馈意见等,通过重新设计课程教学目标和课程内容、引入“双导师”制、新编教材用书、改进教学方法、改革考试制度等途径,对《葡萄酒品尝学》的课程改革进行了探索和实践,并对实践效果进行了比较分析,取得了良好的效果。为推动葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才培养质量的提高,以及为其他地方本科院校相关课程改革途径提供了参考。
As the core course of grape and wine engineering,the wine tasting course is faced with some problems in the practice,including students’weak interest,low participation in class,lack of theory-practice combination,disconnection with industrial certification,and outdated teaching materials.In order to solve these problems,based on the actual development status of grape and wine industry and the integration of production and education,we comprehensively analyzed the appeal of students,the demands of professional posts,and the feedback of graduates,redesigned the teaching target and course content,introduced the double-tutor system and new textbooks,improved the teaching methods,and reformed the exam system.Through practice,the curriculum reformation obtained good results.The reformation has improved the talent training quality of grape and wine engineering,and has provided reference for the reformation of similar courses in other universities.
