In order to promote the high-quality development of the printing and dyeing industry under the low carbon economy,the establishment of carbon accounting system for the printing and dyeing industry under the low carbon economy is studied,providing ideas for promoting the effective implementation of the national“dual carbon”strategy in the printing and dyeing industry.
