涤纶织物上含Cr薄膜的制备及其结构色的研究

摘要 采用纳米表面处理技术中的磁控溅射法在涤纶织物上制备TiN/Ti/含Cr化合物薄膜,成功生成结构色。利用分光光度计测量样品的色差,以精确量化描述织物的结构色。探究含Cr化合物层溅射工艺的气体比例、镀膜遍数等对涤纶织物结构色出色效果的影响。结果表明:当制备CrN薄膜时,仅通入氩气和不同量的氮气,样品呈银灰色,没有生成不同的结构色;当制备CrO薄膜时,通入氩气和不同量的氧气,有结构色黄色生成,氧气的通入量不同,对结构色的影响不大;通入固定量的氩气和氧气,改变镀膜遍数时,可以生成不同颜色的结构色。 Strucutral colors were successfully obtained through TiN/Ti/Cr compound films preapred by magnetron sputtering of nano-surface treatment on polyester fabric.The color difference of the sample is measured by spectrophotometer to accurately quantify and describe the structural color of the fabric.The influences of Cr compound layer parameters including gas ratio and the number of cuating layers on structural color of polyester fabric has been studied.The results show that when CrN films were prepared,only argon and different amounts of nitrogen were introduced,and the samples were silver gray without different structural colors.When argon and different amounts of oxygen are introduced into the preparation of CrO films,the structural color yellow is generated.Different amounts of oxygen have little effect on the structural color.When a fixed amount of argon and oxygen are introduced and the number of coating layers is changed,structural colors of different colors can be generated.
