摘要 数字化转型成为油气企业应对复杂市场环境和打造核心竞争力的重要手段。为完成从国际石油公司到综合能源公司的转型,bp公司将数字化与创新放到重要的战略位置,推动整个公司的深刻变革;成立了专门数字化转型机构,将敏捷化融入企业思维和工作模式,实现人力资源的数字化;建设数据湖,让数据驱动管理决策;加强外部合作,实现上云赋能,打造创新生态。bp公司数字化转型中在战略模式、组织架构、工作模式、技术选择、人才队伍、创新生态等方面的经验值得其他大型油气企业借鉴。 Digital transition has become an important means for oil companies to meet the complex market environment and build core competitiveness.In order to complete the transformation from an international oil company to an integrated energy company,bp put digitalization and innovation in an important strategic position and promoted the profound transformation of the whole company.It sets up special digital transition institutions and integrates agility into thinking and working mode,realizes the digitalization of human resources,builds a data lake to drive management and decision-making,strengthens external cooperation to realize enterprise cloudification,and creates an innovation ecosystem.Its digital transition experience in strategic model,working mode,corporate culture,technology selection,talent team,innovation ecology and other aspects would give other oil companies good reference.
