基于CiteSpace的创业型领导研究知识图谱分析

Knowledge map analysis of entrepreneurial leadership research based on CiteSpace

聚焦创业型领导研究领域,通过检索CNKI收录的期刊,应用CiteSpace软件对分析结果进行可视化呈现。研究发现:①创业型领导的相关研究起步于党政领域,后延伸至企业经济领域;②学者们对创业型领导这一研究领域的关注度日趋增长,该领域的研究历程经历了萌芽、发展和加速发展三个时期;③创业型领导的相关研究以核心作者所在高校为主要研究阵地,还未形成网络;④创业型领导的研究热点集中在结构维度和影响机制两个方面;⑤未来创业型领导的相关研究可能聚焦于“二次创业”“她力量”和“逆风翻盘”这三个方向。

Focusing on the research field of entrepreneurial leadership,by searching the journals included in CNKI,and applying the CiteSpace software,the paper makes a visual presentation of the analyzed results.The research findings are as follows:①the research on entrepreneurial leadership starts in the field of Party and government,and then extends to the field of enterprise economy;②Scholars pay increasing attention to the research field of entrepreneurial leadership.The research process of this field has experienced three periods:germination,development and acceleration;③Entrepreneurial leadership takes college and university as the main research position,where the core author is located,and which has not yet formed a network;④The research hotspots of entrepreneurial leadership center around these two points as the structural dimension and impact mechanism.⑤Relevant research on future entrepreneurship leadership may focus on these three aspects as“twice entrepreneurship,”“she power”and“turning the corner”.
