摘要
开发科学的创新创业教育质量测评工具和模型,有利于推动地方高校创新创业教育的高质量发展。在厘清高校创新创业教育质量内涵的基础上,基于CIPP评价模型,综合运用文献法、德尔菲法、调查法、统计分析法,构建了地方高校创新创业教育质量测评模型:Q=0.23E+0.26R+0.26P+0.25E_(1)。其中,Q表示地方高校创新创业教育质量,E、R、P、E_(1)分别表示环境基础、资源投入、教育过程和教育成效。最后,对模型的合理性进行了初步验证。
The development of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship education quality assessment tools and models is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and based on the CIPP evaluation model,the quality evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities is constructed by using the methods of literature,Delphi,investigation and statistical analysis:Q=0.23E+0.26R+0.26-P+0.25E_(1).Among them,Q represents the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities,and E,R,P,and E_(1) represent the environmental foundation,resource investment,educational process,and educational effectiveness respectively.Finally,the rationality of the model is preliminarily verified.
