基于IPA分析法的应用型本科院校创新创业教师胜任力评价及提升研究

Research on competency evaluation and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in application-oriented universities based on IPA method

推进创新创业教育是应用型本科院校升级发展的重要路径。创新创业教师的胜任力水平是提升高校创业教育质量的关键。从教育教学能力、创新创业能力和实践育人能力三个层面构建应用型本科院校创新创业教师胜任力评价指标体系,在问卷调查的基础上借助IPA法对应用型本科院校创新创业教师的胜任力水平进行评价。研究发现:应用型本科院校创新创业教师的创新创业和实践育人能力亟待加强,具体来看,创新创业教育教学方法、教学内容体系、创新创业机会识别、实践指导和专创融合能力等均是应完善或提升的重点。据此,提出了提升应用型本科院校教师创新创业胜任力的主要对策。

Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important path for the upgrading and development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.The competency level of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers is the key to improve the quality of college entrepreneurship education.The competency evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in colleges and universities is constructed from three aspects of education and teaching ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability and practical education ability.On the basis of questionnaire survey,IPA method is used to evaluate the competency level of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities.The research finds out that the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in application-oriented universities needs to be strengthened urgently.Specifically,teaching methods,teaching content system,identification of innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities,practical guidance and the ability to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship are the important aspects to be improved or enhanced.Based on this,the paper puts forward the main countermeasures to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
