谈心谈话是高校辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,努力提高高校辅导员谈心谈话能力对于增强思想政治教育实效性具有重要意义。当前,高校辅导员在开展谈心谈话过程中存在着时间不够、定位不准、技巧不精、成效不佳等问题,在“三全育人”视角下可以通过知彼知己常相伴,做大学生健康成长的参与者;抽丝剥茧抓本质,做大学生思想困惑的点拨者;提升技术巧疏通,做大学生学业困难的引导者;情到深处暖人心,做大学生心理困扰的解决者等策略来提升谈心谈话效果。

Heart-to-heart talk is an effective way for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education for college students.It is significant to improve college counselors’heart-to-heart talk ability for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.At present,college counselors have some problems in the process of carrying out heart-to-heart talks,such as lack of time,inaccurate positioning,poor skills and poor results.Therefore,from the perspective of“Three-wide Education”,college counselors can participant in the healthy growth of college students by know yourself as well as the students,and accompany them often;can become a teacher of solving confused point for student by finding the essence of problem;can become a guider of resolving study difficulties by improving technology skillfully dredge;can become a instructor of doing students psychological problems by feeling to the depth hear of student to enhancing the effect of heart-to-heart talk.
