中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,加强与改进高校党外知识分子思想政治工作变得愈加重要。为充分理解和把握这种必要性,并帮助该项工作的开展厘清总体方向,可从历史、理论和现实三个维度探赜加强高校党外知识分子思想政治工作的基本逻辑。而相关工作的具体改进路径可从三个角度推进:一是加强领导责任与凝聚工作合力;二是完善制度建设和创新工作方法;三是立足本职工作与提升业务能力。

Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the new era,it has become increasingly important to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of Non-Party Intellectuals in Colleges and universities.In order to fully understand,grasp this necessity and help clarify the overall direction of this work,we can explore the basic logic of strengthening the ideological and political work of Non-Party Intellectuals in Colleges and universities from the three dimensions of history,theory and reality.The specific improvement path of related work can be promoted from three perspectives:First,strengthen leadership responsibility and cohesion;Second,improve system construction and innovate work methods;Third,improve their business capabilities based on their own work.
