摘要
媒介融合进程的加速与大众文化参与热情的提高,使文化生产与传播的内容、形式、渠道等皆发生了深刻的变化。以UGC剪辑视频为代表的互联网参与式文化,不仅更新了文本再生产中的素材、主题、手法、技术,也不断消解着过往媒介传播中存在的单向结构与刻板偏见。其在供受众评论艺术、表达个体观点、参与社交方面孕育出各种新机遇的同时,也在法律、商业、文化与社会层面面临着知识产权上存在的复杂争议,盈利模式与变现手段的单一,不良信息与恶俗旨趣的滋生,独立思考与有效对话的缺失等诸多新挑战。
The accelerated process of media convergence and the increased enthusiasm of popular cultural participation have led to profound changes in the content,forms and channels of cultural production and dissemination.The Internet participatory culture,which is represented by UGC edited videos,has not only updated the materials,themes,techniques and technologies in the reproduction of texts,but also dissolved the one-way structure and stereotyped prejudices that existed in media communication in the past,becoming an important way for audiences to comment on art,express their individual opinions and participate in social practices nowadays.It also faces new opportunities and challenges at the legal,commercial,cultural and social levels,including complex disputes over intellectual property rights,the single profiting model and means of cashability,the breeding of harmful information and vulgar interest,and the lack of independent thinking and effective dialogue.
