智能配电网在冰灾环境下的自愈策略研究

摘要 为了不断提高配电网供电可靠性、供电质量、效率效益,对冰灾环境下智能配电网的主动自愈策略进行研究,以损失负荷最小为目标函数,使配电自动化系统形成以主动孤岛,转供并网协调配合的主动自愈策略,提升了配电网的自愈能力,提高供电可靠性。 In order to continuously improve the power supply reliability,power supply quality,and efficiency benefits of the distribution network,the active self-healing strategy of the intelligent distribution network under the ice disaster environment is studied.Taking the minimum loss load as the objective function,the distribution automation system forms an active self-healing strategy with active island and coordinated grid connection,which improves the self-healing ability of the distribution network and improves the power supply reliability.
