高寒地区雨雪冰冻灾害分析及友好型电网防灾措施

摘要 在加速推进新型电力系统背景下,建立强抗灾能力的友好型电网尤为重要。根据1990年以来吉林省总体覆冰气象数据,分析高寒地区总体覆冰气候特点,结合近10年气象变化情况,分析近年雨雪冰冻天气多发的原因。通过分析2009年以来吉林省输电线路覆冰、舞动故障情况的总体特点,提出今后应对雨雪冰冻灾害工作的措施,包括建立自主精细化预测预警,提升现场气象监测能力,加强防舞动装置、在线监测装置配置,提升线路载荷分析能力,开展输电线路除融冰技术研究等,进而不断提升高寒地区防灾能力。 In the context of accelerating the development of new power systems, it is particularly important to establish a disaster-resistant and friendly power grid.Based on the overall transmission line icing weather data in Jilin Province since 1990,the overall icing climate characteristics in alpine region were analyzed. Based on the meteorological changes in recent 10 years, the causes of frequent freezing rain and snow weather in recent years were analyzed. By analyzing the overall causes of icing and galloping faults in Jilin Province since 2009,this paper puts forward the measures to deal with the freezing rain and snow disasters in the future, including establishing independent fine prediction and early warning, improving the on-site meteorological monitoring ability, strengthening the anti galloping device and on-line monitoring device, improving the line load analysis ability, carrying out the research on transmission line deicing technology, and then continuously improve the disaster prevention ability of alpine region.
