摘要 可再生能源发电的不确定性和负荷的随机性使预测发/用电量存在一定误差,从而形成了交易风险。为了减少交易风险带来的平衡成本,提出了一种多主体储能优化配置方法。首先,各主体通过安装储能,以储能充放电行为代替实时平衡市场购买上/下调电量的行为。其次,采用主从博弈关系来描述售电公司与多主体之间的关系,各主体都以最大化自身效用函数为目标,经过多次迭代达到纳什平衡,即储能最优配置方案。最后,通过仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性。 The uncertainty of renewable energy power generation and the randomness of load make the prediction of power generation/consumption have certain errors, resulting in transaction risk. In order to reduce the balance cost caused by transaction risk, a multi-agent energy storage optimal allocation method is proposed in this paper. First of all, by installing energy storage, each subject replaces the behavior of purchasing up/down electricity in the real-time balance market with the behavior of charging and discharging energy storage. Secondly, this paper uses the master-slave game relationship to describe the relationship between the power selling company and multiple agents. Each agent takes maximizing its own utility function as the goal and reaches the Nash equilibrium after many iterations, that is, the optimal allocation scheme of energy storage. Finally, a simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
