某350 MW热电联产机组低压缸近零功率供热改造及应用效果分析

摘要 为进一步提高风电等清洁能源消纳水平、提升火电机组灵活性,汽轮机低压缸近零功率供热改造技术得到广泛应用,对低压缸近零功率供热改造技术特点进行分析,并开展了典型供热工况下机组热力性能试验,结果表明,低压缸近零功率供热改造后机组调峰能力及供热能力得到进一步提升。 In order to further improve the consumption level of clean energy such as wind power and improve the flexibility of thermal power units, The reconstruction technology of near zero power heating of steam turbine low pressure cylinder has been widely used. This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of low pressure cylinder near zero power heating transformation, The thermal performance test of the unit under typical heating conditions was carried out.The results show that the peak shaving capacity and heating capacity of the unit have been further improved after the transformation of low-pressure cylinder near zero power heating.
